Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings must be made via our website, WhatsApp, or authorised agents.

A booking is considered confirmed only after payment is received (full or partial as required).

You will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with booking details. Please check all information (e.g., date, time, pick-up point, number of passengers) and notify us immediately if corrections are needed.

2. Payment Policy
Prices are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are subject to change without prior notice.

We accept online banking, credit/debit cards, and e-wallets.

For tour packages or group bookings, a deposit (typically 30–50%) is required to secure your slot.

Full payment must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
a. Cancellation by Customer:
More than 72 hours before travel: Eligible for a partial refund (less admin or transaction fees).

48–72 hours before travel: 50% refund.

Less than 48 hours before travel / No-show: No refund.

b. Cancellation by HorizonVacation.com:
If we cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle breakdown, severe weather), you will receive a full refund or offered an alternative schedule, whichever you prefer.

4. Modification of Booking
Requests for changes (e.g., time, date, passenger info) must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Customer Responsibilities
Please ensure accurate and complete information is provided at the time of booking.

Arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

Ensure all passengers have valid identification (e.g., IC or passport).

Keep your belongings safe. HorizonVacation.com is not responsible for lost or stolen items during travel.

Respect all drivers, staff, and fellow passengers. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving in a disruptive or unsafe manner.

6. Vehicle Use & Conditions
All vehicles are assigned based on availability and passenger needs.

Smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

Damage to vehicle interiors caused by passengers will be charged accordingly.

7. Force Majeure
HorizonVacation.com is not liable for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, road closures, traffic congestion, accidents, or government restrictions.

8. Group & Tour Bookings
For private tours, company events, or group bookings:

A formal itinerary and price breakdown will be shared before payment.

Deposit is required to reserve the date and vehicle.

Any special requests (e.g., additional stops, meals, guides) must be discussed and agreed upon in writing.

9. Travel Insurance
We highly recommend that all customers obtain personal travel insurance for protection against unforeseen events, accidents, or cancellations.
