Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may be eligible for a partial refund.
No refund will be issued for last-minute cancellations (within 48 hours) or no-shows.

Passengers are responsible for ensuring they are present at the pick-up point on time.
HorizonVacation.com is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, road conditions, third-party transport issues).
Please ensure your belongings are secure. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
5. Group & Private Tours
For customised tours or group bookings, a deposit may be required. Final payment terms and itinerary details will be outlined in your official tour agreement. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all group members are informed of the travel plan and conditions.
6. Pricing & Charges
All prices listed are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless stated otherwise. Prices may vary based on availability, travel dates, peak season, or promotional offers. HorizonVacation.com reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
